Formed in 1975, our mission is to develop the practice of international law in Texas, bring an international perspective to the State Bar, and help ILS members be impactful and successful, by:

• Creating relevant and meaningful networking opportunities for ILS members;

• Assisting the enhancement of legal skills and knowledge for law students and Texas lawyers practicing international law;

• Promoting the reputation of Texas lawyers as world-class practitioners domestically and internationally; and

• Promoting awareness of best practices and issues involving international law and affecting the public interest.
